By using our Services, you agree that AllBioinformatics can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policies.We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers according to the process set out in the Decreto Legislativo n.196 del 30 June 2003

Your Content in our Services and Posts
Our Services allow users to submit scienticif content. You retain any intellectual property rights of detainees such content. In short, what belongs to you is the property.
You must not submit any text content or material to the Site that:
1 ) is inappropriate. Material will be considered inappropriate if that material is:
2) is defamatory, abusive, malicious, threatening, false, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, harassing, blasphemous, racist or sexist;
3) contains taunts, rudeness, insults, name-calling, indecent suggestions, profanity;
4) quotes others of out context to create misleading or negative impressions;
5) is indecent, obscene or of a sexual nature;
6) is a breach of confidentiality or someone's privacy;
7) could prejudice any active legal proceedings of which you are aware;
8) is not in the English language.
9) contains accusations of impropriety or personal criticism of AB staff; is likely to:
10) cause someone alarm, anxiety or distress;
11) incite others to breach civil behavior;
12) encourage violence or racial or religious hatred;
13) infringes any intellectual property rights, such as copyright and trade marks. This means generally that you must own the rights in everything you submit or must obtain permission from the rights owner to submit the material;
14) is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software, harmful data or conduct);
15) offers, advertises or promotes any product or services or makes any requests for donations or financial support;
16) constitutes spam or junk content;
17) impersonates anyone else or otherwise misrepresents your identity, affiliation or status;
18) encourages or teaches conduct that is a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or is otherwise unlawful; or
You may only include links on the Site to any third party websites or webpages if:
a) the content of or linking to such websites or webpages does not breach any of the prohibitions in clauses above;
c) links are clearly and visibly marked as such;
d) the content of any linked website is relevant and clearly related to the Content to which it is linked;
e) the link will not result in any automatic download.
You must not attempt to avoid or undermine any protections we put in place for the security and operation of the Site.
Unless you have our express permission to do so, you must not re-submit content or applications which you are aware have been removed.
When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give AllBioinformatics(and those we work with) a worldwide licence to use,host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes that we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights that you grant in this licence are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This licence continues even if you stop using our Services(for example, in the case of job advertisements and scientific ad events). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure that you have the necessary rights to grant us this licence for any and/or commercial or scientific content you submit to our Services.

Modifying and Terminating our Services
AllBioinformatics is constantly working to change and improve our services and scientifically. We may add or remove functionalities or features and we may suspend or stop a Service all together.
You can stop using our Services at any time. AllBioinformatics may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
We believe that you own your data, and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to remove information from that Service.
Our Warranties and Disclaimers
For our Scientific Services we set a free level or commercially fair trade level of skill and care and we hope that scientific user community will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we do not promise about our Services.
Other than as expressly set out in these terms or additional terms, neither AllBioinformatics nor its suppliers or distributors makes any specific promises about the Services. For example, we do not make any commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of the Services or their reliability, availability or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services “as is”.
Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
Use of our services by public or private Entity
If our services were used on behalf of a public or private Entity, the Entity will have to accept these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify AllBioinformatics and its affiliates, officers, agents and employees from any claim, action or proceedings arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, judgements, litigation costs and legal fees.
About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retrospectively and will become effective no earlier than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
If there is any inconsistency between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
These terms govern the relationship between AllBioinformatics and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms and we do not take action immediately, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The courts in some countries will not apply Italian law to some types of disputes. If you reside in one of those countries, then where Italian law is excluded from applying, your country’s laws will apply to such disputes related to these terms. Otherwise, you agree that the Italian laws, excluding Italian’s choice of law rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. Similarly, if the courts in your country will not permit you to consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Italian County, then your local jurisdiction and venue will apply to such disputes related to these terms. Otherwise, all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will be litigated exclusively in the Italian courts hole Lecce , and you and AllBioinformatics consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Plase note: In case of a disagreement between the English and Italian version of this document, the Italian version takes precedence.
