Privacy Policy

Information in accordance with the Code for the protection of personal data

The Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 aims to ensure that the processing of your personal data will be processed respecting their rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity, particularly with regard to confidentiality and personal identity. 1. Purpose of the personal data processing

1.1 We inform you, pursuant to art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, that the personal data you provide when registering for the Service, or otherwise acquired during the activities we perform, may be processed for purposes related to the provision of the Service medesimo(1). After registration, pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 we will send you e-mail relating to services similar to those provided and you may object to that sending e-mail at any time.
1.2 Our services can be used in many different ways: to find and share information, to communicate with other people or to create new content. If a user provides us with information, for example by creating an account AllBioinformatics, we can further improve services to display search results and ads more relevant, help users to get in touch with other people or making it faster and easier sharing content with other users.Your personal data will be used, if provided authorization to collect data and information in general and particularly on your guidelines and / or preferences (only for registered users).

2. Method of treatment
2.1 The data are collected by the persons specified in paragraph 5, according to the indications of the Privacy Code, with particular regard to the minimum security measures provided for (Art. 33-34) regarding their treatment by means of information (Article 35)
, manual and automated with logic strictly related to the purposes mentioned above, however, in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.


3. Optional supply of data

3.1 The provision of personal data by you is entirely optional, but the refusal to include in the registration page for the purposes of service delivery makes it impossible to use the service provided within the website www.allbioinformatics.
org.


4. Categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated

4.1 The data collected for the purposes of providing the service (Section 1.1) may be disclosed to companies that perform functions strictly connected and instrumental to the Service, or otherwise providing services aimed at verifying that the ad is not time the violation of property rights belonging to third parties.

7.1 AllBioinformatics does not use cookies.
7.2 The information on the ads placed on AllBioinformatics be visible in searches in the internal search engine, and could be made available to third party search engines as AllBioinformatics allows indexing your content by third engine. In the event that the related page ad has already been removed from AllBioinformatics.org, it is possible that the cached copy remains within the search results for a few days.
